Master's Thesis Lifelong Learning: Human Resource Management is a postgraduate study programme that trains graduates for the development of theoretical and practical approaches in the field of lifelong learning in all types of institutions and businesses directly or indirectly involved in education and training. The programme also focuses on the further development of abilities needed for successful work and continuous acquisition of new knowledge, skills and opinions in the field of lifelong learning. It is based on the belief that the ability to acquire learning skills is crucial for confronting contemporary challenges and social and economic changes.
