Submission policy
After the submission of your application you will receive an invoice for the conference fee via e-mail.
Invoice should be paid by the deadline but not later than 20 March 2012.
Cancellation policy
No amount will be held in case of cancellation received until 15 February 2012.
50 % of the paid amount will be held in case of cancellation received until 9 March 2012.
Cancellations received after 9 March 2012 will be charged the full rate.
All refunds will be made when the conference ends.
The conference programme may be subject to changes.
