The Republic of Slovenia is European Union Member State.
Citizens of the EU Member States are therefore not required to hold a visa for the entry into the Republic of Slovenia. Also, they are not required to hold a residence permit during the first three months following their entry into the Republic of Slovenia.

INFORMATION ON VISAS FOR THE ENTRY INTO THE REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA
Visa is not required for holders of a biometric passport. In addition visa is not required for holders of diplomatic and service passports up to 3 months.
Exceptions: Holders of non-biometric passports of Serbia still
require a visa for a stay of up to 90 days. The visa is needed also if
the passport (even biometric) is issued by "Koordinaciona uprava".
