Mission

International School for Social and Business Studies (ISSBS) is an independent higher education institution, located in Celje. The faculty, founded in June 2006, carries out and develops study programmes on two levels, in the fields of social sciences, economics, business and administration. Its activities also include research on the local, national and international level, and dynamic cooperation with the economy and wider social environment in the form of consultations, study programmes for advancement and lifelong learning. With interesting and contemporary study programmes and innovative approaches to education, ISSBS primarily tries to win recognition in wider Savinja region and network intensely in the field of tertiary education in Slovenia as well as abroad. ISSBS cooperates with foreign universities and faculties, which has resulted in numerous visits of acknowledged foreign experts. The most important goal of the faculty is to achieve quality and interdisciplinary study process which will result in satisfied, mobile and employable students.

Vision

International School for Social and Business Studies will become an acknowledged faculty in the fields of social sciences, economics, business and administration, in Slovenia and abroad. With its carefully planned and carried out education process it will attract demanding students and assure them good employability in private business and public organisations.
