After their arrival at the faculty every foreign student gets their own mentor (one of the faculty's lecturers or assistants), who leads them through the study process at ISSBS. Mentors should also be addressed if you have any problems with other lecturers or grading. If your mentor cannot solve your problem, they will address the issue to the faculty's associate dean for education.

Examination and grading of foreign students is regulated by the provisions of the Statute on examination and grading which also applies to Slovene students. The Statute is available in the Student guide 2009/2010, which you can access on our webpage www.mfdps.si. You can ask the faculty's international coordinator, your mentor or your study buddy to translate the rules for you.
