Before coming to study at the ISSBS, foreign students need to answer the following 12 questions:
  

1. Have I properly filled out the most important Erasmus document, Learning agreement, and is it signed by my home and host institution?

2. Have I received an acceptance letter from the host institution?

3. Have I completed all the necessary forms and documents considering my mobility at my home institution?

4. Have I completed all the necessary forms and documents which are part of the host institution's application procedure?

5. Have I contacted the Erasmus international coordinator and student tutorial system at the host institution?

6. Have I checked in what language and form the courses at the host institution will be carried out? (Tutorials, English, Slovene ...)

7. Have I notified my future landlord about the date and approximate time of my arrival?
8. Have we reached a clear agreement on the duration and price of my stay?
9. Have we made it clear what is included in this price?

10. Have I arranged my residence permit if my stay in Slovenia will be longer than 3 months?

11. Will my identity document be valid on the date of my departure from Slovenia?

12. Have I settled my health insurance?

If your answer to all these questions is yes then you are ready to move to Slovenia and start your studies at the ISSBS in Celje.
