Senate
Senate of the ISSBS is the highest expert body composed of nine members, i.e. seven higher education teachers and associates, and two members of the Student Council of the ISSBS. Dean of the ISSBS is a Senate member by position.

Academic Assembly
Academic Assembly of the ISSBS is composed of all higher education teachers and associates involved in the faculty's educational and research activities. A fifth of its members are student representatives.

Administrative Board
Administrative Board of the ISSBS is the faculty's administrative body. It is composed of five members, i.e. three representatives of the founder, a representative of higher education teachers and other employees of the faculty, and a representative of the economy or local community.

Dean
Dean of the ISSBS is a managerial body and an expert leader of the faculty. The current dean, Dr. Srečko Natek, Assist. Prof., was appointed at the 21st meeting of the Administrative Board of the ISSBS on 15 June 2010.
Associate Deans
On the basis of the Senate's opinion, the dean appoints two associate deans among higher education teachers and associates, i.e. Associate Dean for Education and Associate Dean for Research. Currently, Associate Dean for Education is Suzana Košir, Lect. and Associate Dean for Research is Dr. Valerij Dermol, Lect.
Director
Director is authorised by the dean to represent the faculty. The current ISSBS's director, Anja Lesjak, univ. dipl. ekon., was appointed at the 15th meeting of the Administrative Board of the ISSBS on 25 September 2009.
Student Council
Student Council of the ISSBS represents ISSBS students in accordance with the Higher Education Act, ISSBS's Statute and Statute of the Student Council. It is composed of nine students, representatives of undergraduate and postgraduate study programmes. At its first meeting, its president, deputy president, two members of the Senate, a member of the Committee for Student Affairs and student representatives in the Academic Assembly are elected on the basis of the majority of votes if not specified otherwise.
