Senate
Senate is the highest expert body composed of nine members, namely seven higher education teachers and researchers, and two members of the ISSBS's Student Council. ISSBS's Dean is automatically also a member of the ISSBS's Senate.

Academic Assembly
ISSBS's Academic Assembly is composed of all higher education teachers, researchers and higher education and research associates who are involved in the faculty's education and research activities. A fifth of its members are student representatives.

Deputy President of the Academic Assembly: doc. dr. Kristijan Musek Lešnik, Assistant Professor.
Administrative Board
ISSBS's Administrative Board is the faculty's administrative body and consists of five members, namely three representatives of the founder, a representative of higher education teachers and other employees of the faculty and a representative of the economy or local community.

Dean
ISSBS's Dean is a managerial body and an expert leader of the faculty. The current dean, doc. dr. Srečko Natek, Assistant Professor, was named at the 11th meeting of the Administrative Board of ISSBS on 23 June 2008.
Director
A Director is authorized by dean to represent the faculty. The current ISSBS's director, Anja Lesjak, univ. dipl. ekon., was named at the 15th meeting of the ISSBS's Administrative Council on 25 September 2009.
Student Council
ISSBS's Student Council represents ISSBS's students and is defined by the Higher Education Act, the ISSBS's Statute and the Statute of the Student Council. It is composed of nine students, representatives of undergraduate and postgraduate study programmes. At its first meeting, its president, deputy president, two members of the Senate, a member of the Committee for Student Affairs and student representatives in the Academic Assembly are elected on the basis of the majority of votes if not specified differently by special rules.
