"The Importance of Knowledge to Overcome the Economic Crisis"

 The Business Excellence Forum will highlight the following issues:

1. What basic abilities give your company a competitive advantage and enable its financial and business success? How do you develop and maintain them?

2. The importance of knowledge for your company's competitiveness and competitive advantage. A comparison of attitudes towards knowledge and learning in your company, and in general in Slovenian and foreign companies at home and abroad.

3. What changes in the markets and business environment has the financial and economic crisis resulted in? The importance of knowledge and learning to overcome the financial and economic crisis and prevent a new one. What important lessons regarding knowledge, learning, performance, etc. have you learned when overcoming the crisis? What changes (strategic, executive) have or will be introduced in the operation of your company on the basis of these lessons?

4. What are the means of knowledge acquisition, transfer and use in your company (learning, monitoring operations, best practices, benchmarking, systematic information gathering, knowledge transfer, etc.)?

5. Innovation in your company/companies, its measurement, approaches to promoting innovation and the support necessary for innovation.

6. A comparison of your company's attitude towards knowledge and learning with those of foreign companies, industry leaders, competitors, etc.
