Mitja Gorenak, Assistant
Mitja Gorenak has a Bachelor of Sociology and is a doctoral student at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana. He also has a contract with the International School for Social and Business Studies in Celje. His research focus is on human resource management, particularly on competences, values and ethical behaviour of individuals. For several years, he has been cooperating with various tourist organisations in different areas of management in tourism, where he focuses mainly on human resources.
