Valentina Jošt, Assistant

Valentina Jošt is a PhD student of an interdisciplinary doctoral programme in Humanities and Social Sciences, field Management and Development of Organisations at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana. As a young researcher at the ISSBS, she focuses on theory of organisations, theories of educational organisations, and quality and leadership in education, with the special emphasis on quality and efficient management at the institutional level, particularly in higher education.
