Dr. Jay Liebowitz, Professor 

Jay Liebowitz is one of the world's leading experts of knowledge management. He is currently a professor of information technology at the Johns Hopkins University in the USA, as well as the founder and editor-in-chief of the journal Expert Systems with Application. He worked for the NASA as the head of the artificial intelligence division at the US Army War College, and was a professor at the George Washington University. He has published over 30 books and numerous papers on expert systems, knowledge management and information technology management.
